Craft organic wines, expression of the Sicilian winemaking tradition
Our love for Sicily has led us to propose 100% Sicilian local products and raw materials in wines and dishes. These products are the expression of the southern food and wine culture.
Our wine selection includes the most suited to viticulture areas in Sicily. Choosing only small artisan wineries, sensitive to environmental sustainability, and dedicated to producing organic wines, we could create a wine list that can interpret the history and winemaking tradition of our territory and the Sicilian native vines.
We offer a selection of excellent labels, CRUs from western Sicily. They are the magnificent Marsala wines made from Grillo, the aromatic Zibibbo wines from the island of Pantelleria, and the very fresh Catarratti di Camporeale.
On the list, there are also characteristic grapes of eastern Sicily, such as Nerello Mascalese from Etna and the Faro area, and a careful selection of wines from Val di Noto, including Moscato di Noto, Nero d'Avola from Pachino, Frappato and Cerasuolo di Vittoria.
