Noto is known worldwide for its baroque monuments and a yearly event called Infiorata.
This event happens on the third Sunday of May every year and turns the city into an open-air garden with streets covered in colorful flowers. The event showcases floral creations along the main street of the city, via Nicolaci.
The theme of the floral creations changes every year, and this year's theme is Art fosters peace: the Infiorata unites us, offering hope beyond borders. The carpet of flowers will amaze visitors, as it does every year.
The event has numerous concerts, shows, and art exhibitions that visitors can enjoy.
The 46th edition of the Infiorata of Noto will be held from May 16 to May 20, 2025. However, the flower carpet will be open to visitors from Saturday, May 17th, starting at 9:00 am.
